1Q: What is the Uhelp Digital Rewards Program?
A: The UhelpRewards Program is the premier rewards program in Australia offering exclusive Uhelp rewards to its members. Your digital membership allows you to earn Uhelp rewards every time you transact at a Uhelp store, through the Uhelp mobile app Uhelp, and on the Uhelp website www.Uhelp.net.au. You may redeem your rewards online or at any of the participating Uhelp stores.
2 Q: How does it work?
A: When making a purchase at a Uhelp store you, the rewards member, will identify yourself to the sales associate who will pull up your member information on the terminal. Your rewards will be calculated when you transact and your rewards account will be credited with the Uhelp Rewards earned. Your earned rewards will be available for redemption after 24 hours. You may then redeem the rewards against your next purchase at a participating Uhelp store.
3Q: Where can I earn my Uhelp Rewards?
A: You can earn rewards at all Uhelp stores. You may also earn rewards when transacting through the Uhelp mobile app, Uhelp, and on the Uhelp website www.Uhelp.net.au.
4Q: What rewards do I get?
A: You will earn a 5% Uhelp reward on your purchase spend whenever you shop at a participating Uhelp store or on the Uhelp website www.Uhelp.net.au.
5Q: How do I become a member of the Uhelp Digital Rewards Program?
A: You will be invited to become a Uhelp Rewards Program member when you spend $50 on a purchase at a participating Uhelp store or on the Uhelp website www.Uhelp.net.au. You may become a Uhelp Rewards Program member at any time by:
  1. Signing up online at www.Uhelp.net.au/signup, or
  2. Downloading and registering with the Uhelp mobile app, Uhelp.
6Q: Are the Uhelp Rewards really like cash?
A: The rewards are given as Uhelp Rewards—earned in dollars—and may be spent at any Uhelp store, dollar for dollar. Uhelp Rewards have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the Uhelp Rewards program.
7Q: Can I use the Uhelp Rewards as soon as I earn them?
A: Uhelp Rewards may not be available immediately after you earn them. Once your transaction has been processed a report is sent to the Uhelp Rewards Program. Your Uhelp Rewards are then loaded onto your account and made available. This process can take up to 24 hours.
8Q: Is there a limit to how many Uhelp Rewards I can earn?
A: No, there is no limit to what you can earn.
9Q: How do I know how many Uhelp Rewards I have earned?
A: Visit www.uhelp.net.au/myaccount to check your account status at any time. Alternatively, you may log into the Uhelp mobile app, Uhelp, to view your account status. You may also check your balance in-store by giving your membership details to the sales associate.
10Q: Do I have to spend my Uhelp Rewards within a certain time frame? Do Uhelp Rewards expire?
A: All good things must come to an end… even your Uhelp Rewards! Uhelp Rewards must be redeemed within 24 months of accrual; so any rewards you have not redeemed for a purchase during that time will be deducted from your account. You can keep an eye on your Uhelp Rewards to find when they are due to expire by logging into your personal rewards account.
11Q: What is an Advert?
A: Never miss out on something good! Adverts are posted in your app homepage. We’ll post news, events and offers. Save your favourite adverts by selecting the Star and they’ll be stored in ‘My Favourites’ so you can find them again later.
12Q: What is a Coupon?
A: Coupon is a promotional code which you can use to redeem a special Uhelp offer. Once you issue a coupon; it will automatically be saved to ‘My Coupons’; find ‘My Coupons’ in the left-hand Menu, ready for you to redeem when you are ready.
13Q: Can I log into my account from another device?
A: Yes. Download the app on the device you wish to use, then login with your email and password.
14Q: What is the km distance displayed when I add a favourite?
A: This value is the distance from a Uhelp location that you must be before receiving a notification for an offer in that location.
15Q: Do I need to be connected to the Internet for the app to work?
A: Yes, the app needs an Internet connection to display content.
16Q: Do I need to allow the app to access my location?
A: Yes, this app is a location-based app, but it only uses your location to filter which Uhelp candy box locations are nearest to you.
17Q: Do you store my credit card information?
A: We don’t store any credit card information on our servers. We use Stripe, a world-leading, secure and reputable payment processor. See https://stripe.com/au for more information. Stipe takes care of storing, decrypting and transmitting your card number. You can view Stripe’s security policy at https://stripe.com/docs/security. Your credit card information is safe!

A: The National Breast Cancer Foundation is the leading community-funded organisation in Australia raising money for research into the prevention and cure of breast cancer. A: Uhelp is a proud corporate partner of the National Breast Cancer Foundation. This means we have an agreed minimum commitment to provide funding to support the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
22Q. How much of my dollar goes to NBCF?
A: We have an agreed minimum commitment to provide funding to support the National Breast Cancer Foundation. We need to pay for the snacks and the replenishment and running costs of the business. In 2017 financial year we expect to pay over 50% of profits to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
